During the inspection of the monitoring system of street lights in Gwalior Control Command Center, Municipal Commissioner Sangh Priya instructed the officials that according to the monitoring system on Thursday, out of 15224, 3072 lights were found switched off, their list, available reasons and submit a report after getting them repaired within a week. Also, 6-7 employees are posted in the control room set up by Deputy Commissioner Dr. Atibal Singh Yadav above the Control Command Center, instructions were given to discuss about their utility. The Municipal Commissioner inspected the depot, Smart City Office and Maharajbada of Municipal Corporation Gwalior East on Friday and gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials. The Municipal Commissioner first visited the depot of Gwalior East Assembly located at the bus stand. During the visit, instructions were given to inform the concerned officials about the status of shifting of the East Assembly depot. Along with this, instructions were given to the concerned officials to clean the depot premises and dispose of the junk vehicles kept in the depot premises. Also, detailed information was taken about the door to door garbage collection vehicles leaving the depot daily.

Shopkeeper seen spreading dirt, instructions given for fine

During the inspection at Maharaj Baad, the Municipal Commissioner expressed displeasure over the shopkeeper spreading dirt and instructed the concerned officials to clean it and impose a fine on him. Along with this, instructions were also given that the officers should ensure that dirt is not seen anywhere on the road side. He inspected the multi-level parking being built by Smart City in Gorakhi and took information about the progress and instructed the concerned agency and officials to complete the work by June 2025 as well as do quality work. He inspected Regional Office No. 19 and instructed to build a ramp to make the office Divyang friendly.
