The Mayor in Council meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mayor Dr. Shobha Satish Singh Sikarwar. Various points related to city development were discussed and approved in the meeting. At the beginning of the meeting, the new member included in the Mayor in Council, Mrs. Premlata Dharmendra Jain was welcomed by Mayor Mrs. Shobha Satish Singh Sikarwar and everyone else by presenting a bouquet of flowers. Mayor in Council members Awadhesh Kaurav, Vinod Mathu Yadav, Nathuram Thekedar, Shakeel Mansuri, Mrs. Gayatri Sudhir Mandelia, Mrs. Upasana Yadav, Mrs. Premlata Dharmendra Jain, Mrs. Sandhya Sonu Kushwaha, Corporation Commissioner Aman Vaishnav, Additional Commissioner Vijay Raj, Additional Commissioner Finance Mrs. Rajni Shukla, Deputy Commissioner Amar Satya Gupta, Superintendent Engineer JP Para, City Planner Pawan Singhal were present in the meeting. In the meeting, the report received from the Municipal Commissioner regarding fixation of ticket rates for smooth operation and maintenance of Waste to Wonder Park was approved after discussion. The entry fee for the park was fixed at Rs. 20 for adults, Rs. 10 for school students, Rs. 100 for foreign tourists, Rs. 30 for camera and Rs. 100 for drone shoot and the matter was sent to the council. Along with this, the report of the Municipal Commissioner received regarding the acceptance of the offer received for collection of maintenance fee at the contract inter-state bus stand was approved after discussion. Also, the report of the Municipal Commissioner received regarding the acceptance of the offer received for contract paid parking Maharaj Bada, two-wheelers under Bud tree was approved after discussion. Along with this, the report of the Municipal Commissioner received regarding lease renewal was approved as per rules after discussion. Also, for the drinking water system of Gwalior city, under Amrit-2, the report of the Municipal Commissioner received regarding obtaining approval for depositing the license fee amount and bank guarantee for laying a pipeline in the ROW of National Highway 44 to bring the water of Chambal River and Kotwar Reservoir to the Water Treatment Plant in Gwalior was discussed and approved.

After this, additional points of the agenda were discussed, in which the report of the Municipal Commissioner received regarding the use of the deposited amount of the reserve fund and approval for expenditure was confirmed. Also, under Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) 2.0, the report of the Municipal Commissioner regarding the approval of DPR for construction of garbage transfer station was approved. Also, after discussion, the report of the Municipal Commissioner regarding the approval of cement concrete M-30 road and drain construction work in Transport Nagar was approved. Along with this, the EPF of the workers received from Ecogreen was approved. Approval was given after discussion on the report of the Municipal Commissioner regarding the approval of deposit.
