National Sepak Takraw Championship organized in telangana by the tireless efforts of Sepak Takraw Telangana President Perika Suresh

The 34th Senior National Sepak Takraw Championship 2024-25 was inaugurated at Jawaharlal Nehru Outdoor Stadium Hanumkoda,this tournament will run from 10 to 14 January. On the occasion of the inauguration of the championship competition, Yogendra Singh Dahiya,CEO Sepak Takraw Federation of India, Dr. S.R. Prem Raj, President Sepak Takraw Federation of India, Veeragowda, Secretary, K. Suresh, President, Telangana Sepak Takraw Association, R. Srinivas Reddy, Secretary, Telangana, Vikas Kumar, Treasurer, Corid Srikanth, Organizing Secretary, Telangana, Rikkala Venkat Ramakrishna and Kothur Kapil Anand, EC, Telangana, besides a large number of local dignitaries participated. It is worth mentioning that a fierce competition is sure to take place between 28 states of India and two departmental teams, in which male and female players will set new records with their better sports performance. Telangana President Perika Suresh said that this tournament is being organized by Telangana Sepak Takraw Association,which is affiliated to Sepak Takraw Federation of India, Asian Sepak Takraw Federation, International Sepak Takraw Federation and Sports Authority of Telangana.

On this occasion, President of Telangana Sepak Takraw Association, Perika Suresh expressed satisfaction over the preparation of Telangana players and said that I am confident that the players of the state will bring laurels to the state by winning the gold medal in the National Sepak Takraw Championship. Encouraging all the players of Telangana, Mr.Suresh said that I wish that they should give their best in this competition with hard work, dedication and skill and win the gold medal and bring laurels to Telangana.
