Corporation Commissioner gave instructions to improve the arrangements in the corporation headquarters

- Notices issued for negligence in the incident of arson

Corporation Commissioner Aman Vaishnav gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials regarding various arrangements at the corporation headquarters. Corporation Commissioner Vaishnav directed Additional Commissioner Munish Singh Sikarwar to train corporation employees on the use of extinguisher cylinders and fire safety equipment to prevent the incident of arson in the corporation headquarters. Along with this, Additional Commissioner Anil Kumar Dubey was directed to take the remaining records in room number 7 of the Sambal branch in custody and take action to dispose them as per rules. Along with this, Nodal Officer Computerization Kartik Patel has been instructed to install CCTV cameras at the public hearing room, Sambal branch and Jankalyan rooms and entrance gate.

An incident of arson took place in the ground floor of the corporation headquarters located in City Center yesterday. A three-member inquiry committee was constituted to investigate the incident. After the report submitted by the inquiry committee, Corporation Commissioner Aman Vaishnav issued show cause notices to City Mission Manager Contract Sandeep Rajput, City Mission Manager Contract Ved Singh Rajput, Assistant Class-3 Nodal Officer Sambal Vijay Kumar Barua, Regulated Skilled working day NULM department Deepak Jha, Peon working Sambal Mrs. Komal Pal, Regulated Skilled then working Sambal currently working council office Mrs. Heera Yadav for negligence in work. As per the order issued by Corporation Commissioner Aman Vaishnav, an incident of arson occurred in the ground floor of the Corporation headquarters located in City Center. A three-member inquiry committee was constituted to investigate the incident. The report was submitted by the inquiry committee, according to which no employee was present in the Sambal branch at the time of the fire incident. Whereas the incident of arson occurred at around 3 pm during office hours.

Employees of Raj Security removed

Corporation Commissioner Aman Vaishnav has taken the incident of arson in the Corporation headquarters seriously. Notice has been issued to the guilty employees for negligence and an answer has been sought. Orders have also been issued to remove the employees of the security agency. Due to negligence in work, the services of Sandeep Sharma and Miss Neelam Sharma have been withdrawn from Raj Security Force. Both the employees were not on duty during the fire.
