Rashtriya Patrakar Mahasangh organized a program on the issue of increasing attacks on journalists: a matter of great concern on 25/12/24 in the conference hall of Indian Newspaper Samiti under the chairmanship of Dr. Pavitra Mohan Samantray. Many special guests marked their presence in the meeting. Special guest Dr. Mallika Gautam, Lawyer, Supreme Court assured all possible help for the rights of journalists and talked about reducing the attacks on journalists for years by passing a government act. Suryakant Kelkar, Founder Bharat Raksha Manch, former RSS chief pracharak talked about the atrocities on journalists for years and talked about ending the voicelessness of journalists.

Special speakers included Dr. Kshitij Gautam Advocate and Legal Advisor, Mr. Arun Goyal, Mr. Sanjay Rai, Mr. Vivek Shukla, Mr. Jawahar Jairath, Mr. Surendra Verma, many members of Rashtriya Patrakar Mahasangh participated and gave their participation in the event. The event also featured the addition of the National Journalist Federation Delhi NCR unit and Mr. Virendra Saini was appointed as Delhi President and Mrs. KD Mishra as State General Secretary. The event was coordinated by Akanksha. A successful event concluded successfully with food and lots of constructive conversations.
