Woman strangled to death while going for morning walk; Minor dispute sparks panic, incident in Akola

A woman was killed in a minor dispute between two neighbors living in Juna Hingana, Akola, this morning.The name of the deceased woman, 48 years old, is believed to be Savita Tathod.According to sources, there was a minor dispute between the deceased Savita Tathod and her killer Dheeraj Chungade two months ago.Meanwhile, today, around 6 am, when Savita Tathod went for a morning walk with a woman who lives next door, accused Dheeraj stopped her on the main road, a short distance from her house, strangled her, and threw her to the ground. The woman who was with her and a person passing by tried to rescue Tathod. However, the accused hit Tathod's head on the road, causing her to bleed. Savita Tathod died shortly after. After this, the accused fled from the spot. The police have reached the spot and are conducting further investigation. However, due to this murder that took place over a minor dispute, there is a stir in the village and peace has prevailed.
