The grand festival of Shani Jayanti Mahotsav concluded with devotion and enthusiasm

The grand festival of Jayanti was concluded with pomp and gaiety in the presence of Shri Shri 1008 Shri Shanidham Peethadheeswar Mahamandaleshwar Swami Paramhans Nijaswaroopanand Puri Ji Maharaj at Shri Siddha Shakti Peeth Shanidham located at Gol Nimbada Khetavas near Pali. Devotees kept coming in large numbers throughout the day. Shanidev Maharaj was anointed with thousands of liters of oil and wished for happiness and prosperity. The grand ritual of Shani Jayanti Mahotsav started at 12 o'clock in the night and a flood of devotees gathered throughout the day on Tuesday. Devotees offered black sesame seeds, black urad, black gram, sesame oil, black clothes to Lord Shanidev and prayed for happiness and prosperity. Daati Maharaj said that it is a wonderful coincidence that today is Shani Jayanti. Donation made on this day removes all the troubles of life. This is another golden opportunity for all the devotees who have faith in Shanidev.

Swami of the Trust Prajnanandpuri said that a flood of faith in Shanidev surged. Aarti of Lord Shanidev, the God of Kalyug, was performed five times throughout the day. Special bhandaara was also organized for all the devotees. Along with this, arrangements for cold water were made. The temple administrators Mahant Shraddha Puri Ji Maharaj, Mahant Dayapuri Ji Maharaj and Shivani made all the facilities available to the devotees so that they do not face any hindrance in worshiping.
