Dr. Ved Tandon honoured with Bharat Gaurav Award

Union Minister of State for Agriculture Bhagirath Singh honoured Dr. Ved Tandon, Chairman of Kamal, Vandana, Gurugram and Trinity Group of Educational Delhi-NCR and President of International Ramlila Festival Association for his outstanding contribution in education. During this, he also honoured Dr. Vandana Tandon, Principal of Kamal Model Senior Secondary School, Mohan Garden with Bharat Gaurav Award. Both the educationists were honoured by Union Minister of State for Agriculture Bhagirath Singh at the 10th Bharat Gaurav Award of Rehbare Azam Sir Chhotu Ram Memorial organised at India Islamic Centre, Delhi on behalf of Kaliraman Foundation. After receiving the award, Dr. Ved Tandon remembered Rehbare Azam Sir Chhotu Ram and thanked Kaliraman Foundation.

During this, he told that on the occasion of Gita Jayanti on 11 December, Gita recitation is being organized for one minute together to ensure the success of propagation of Gita, good values ??in children, creative energy in youth and communication of Satvik energy in the whole world. He appealed to the countrymen to recite Gita for one minute together on Gita Day on 11 December. On the other hand, during this event, great people from about 12 states from all over India were honored. On this occasion, all the great people who made special contribution in the fields of education, sports, social service, science, art, music, politics etc. were honored with Bharat Gaurav Award in this ceremony.

Union Minister of State for Agriculture Bhagirath Singh was present as the chief guest in this event. At the same time, MP from Bhiwani Dharmveer Chaudhary, Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj, former MP Lokesh Chatterjee, Krishna Jakhar Chairman South Delhi Municipal Corporation Zone, Sunil Kumar Arjun Awardee, Virendra Dhanda were present. Guest Manju Kaliraman (USA) was honoured with the Life Time Achievement Award.

Apart from this, wrestling coach Ved Prakash Jawala was honoured with the Youth Icon Award, Inayat Ali from arm wrestling, Monika Kaliraman from wrestling, Sandeep Sheoran from education, Sonia Satyanita from journalism, Akshayta Dhekle from hockey, Khushi Kaliraman from shooting, besides Paralympic medal winner Simran Sharma, mountaineer Reena Bhatti, Rajesh Kumar from Delhi Fire Service etc.
