In-charge Collector held a review meeting of timeline letters

A review meeting of timeline letters was organized under the chairmanship of In-charge Collector Shri Prakhar Singh. In-charge Collector Shri Prakhar Singh reviewed the resolution of complaints of CM Helpline and Samadhan Online.

When the weightage score of resolution of complaints for more than 50 days was less than 10%, the In-charge Collector directed the Tribal Affairs Department, Health Department, School Education Department and Urban Development and Housing Department to achieve 10% score by next week by resolving the complaints as soon as possible. Instructions were given to resolve the complaints coming in the related attributes of Samadhan Online. Instructions were given to blacklist the contractor who delayed the construction of the dedicated lane being built separately for electricity availability in Mahi Canal.

The collector in charge said that 100% saturation has to be done under 34 services, 11 targets and 63 services under the Chief Minister Jankalyan Abhiyan (from 11 December 2024 to 26 January 2025). He said that the campaign should be implemented effectively with complete planning, camps should be organized as per roster and schedule and stalls of Health and AYUSH department and Ayushman cards should be made at each camp site.

Under 11 target based schemes, the Collector-in-Charge directed to achieve the target of Kisan Credit Cards made under the Animal Husbandry Department and Fisheries Department, complete saturation of Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojana, survey and registration of workers working in departments related to construction works in the registration of workers, saturation of Talavti and porters working in the Mandi in Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojana and make worker registration and Ayushman cards.

Also, for setting up camps in schools and colleges for making learning licenses, building permission certificate, no dues and fire NOC were directed to be completed in urban areas under Jankalyan Abhiyan. During this, Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Jitendra Singh Chauhan, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Petlawad Ms. Tanushree Meena, Joint Collector Akshay Singh Markam, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Thandla Tarun Jain, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Meghnagar Mukesh Soni, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Jhabua Bhaskar Gachhale, all District Officers, all Tehsildars, all CMOs and CEO were present.
