Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the Community Mediation Center located in the country's first police commissionerate

Mediation is the need of the hour to create an atmosphere of intimacy in the society by reinventing the ancient thinking of our country in a new way. This was said by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on the occasion of the inauguration of the Community Mediation Center located in the country's first police commissionerate office in Indore.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that mediation not only resolves matters but also creates mutual trust in the society. He said that the Madhya Pradesh government will make efforts to take the idea of ??mediation to the villages so that an atmosphere of mutual harmony can be created in the villages as well. He said that for the smooth functioning of the social fabric, it is important that family relationships remain strong. Congratulating the Indore Police Commissionerate, District Administration and Legal Services Authority, he said that this is a commendable model for noble work.

In the joint aegis of Police Commissionerate Indore and High Court Legal Services Committee Indore, the newly constructed Community Mediation Center was inaugurated by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav in the dignified presence of Acting Chief Justice and Executive Chairman, State Legal Services Authority, Madhya Pradesh High Court Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva and Administrative Judge, Madhya Pradesh High Court, Bench Indore and Chairman, High Court Mediation Committee Justice Vivek Rusia. During this, Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silawat, MP Shankar Lalwani, High Court Judges, Divisional Commissioner Deepak Singh, Police Commissioner Santosh Kumar Singh, Collector Ashish Singh and Indore mediators were present. Acting Chief Justice and Executive Chairman, State Legal Services Authority, Madhya Pradesh High Court Justice Shri Sanjeev Sachdeva said that mediation not only helps in resolving disputes, but also strengthens human relationships. He said that in western countries it is called mediation whereas in India for years Panch Sarpanchs have been settling disputes. Administrative Judge, M.P. High Court, Bench Indore and Chairman, High Court Mediation Committee Justice Vivek Rusia told that in Indore more than 5000 cases were settled by 125 mediators from 27 different social groups in 22 mediation centers in Indore. He told that Indore is the only city in the country where mediation centers are established in Collector Office and Commissioner Office. Mediation center is being operated on trial basis in Commissioner Office for the last 4 months and after getting positive results, it has been inaugurated today in concrete form. At the end of the program, Police Commissioner Santosh Kumar Singh presented a memento to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav as a mark of respect.
